Promogram Canada
New ASI data indicates that Canadians’ concerns and challenges are similar to those of their American counterparts.
By Sara Lavenduski

Following widespread and long-lasting COVID lockdowns in Canada, promo firms there continued to contend with supply chain delays, order errors and staffing concerns in 2021, similar to the situation in the U.S.
That’s according to Canada-specific State of the Industry data from ASI, which shows that more than 30% of distributors named “increasing their customer base” as their most difficult challenge this year as COVID fears and inflationary pressure linger. Meanwhile, 94% are “somewhat” or “extremely concerned” about ongoing supply chain disruption in 2022.
