According to the TOPHOTELPROJECTS construction database, the Pullman Hotels brand has a significant 49 new projects in the pipeline.
Altogether encompassing 12,439 new rooms, this hotel pipeline places a particular focus on growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Of the almost 50 projects expected to join Pullman Hotels’ global portfolio, 15 hotels with a total of 3,832 rooms are expected to open in 2022.
Another 16 properties with 4,062 rooms altogether are to open in 2023, seven hotels with 1,526 rooms are expected to open in 2024 and 11 hotels with 3,019 rooms are to launch in 2025 and beyond.
APAC is seeing the most brand growth with 38 of the pipeline properties, comprising a total of 9,231 rooms, opening here. Six properties with 1,855 hotels are planned for Africa, three properties with 954 rooms between them are to open in the Middle East and two hotels with 399 rooms altogether are to launch in Europe.
The brand is heightening its brand presence in China in particular with 24 hotels in the pipeline across the country. Vietnam and the Philippines are each set to welcome four new properties.

Exciting new properties to look ahead to include Pullman Hamburg-Überseequartier Süd, expected to open in the third quarter of 2023, and Pullman Hai Phong, which is yet to have its opening date announced.
The 250-key Pullman Hamburg-Überseequartier Süd is to become a part of a mixed-use district on the River Elbe in Hamburg. This Pullman Hotel will take shape in the southern part of the district in a building that’s characterized by its open, light-flooded space with river views.
In this district, the hotel will be joined by Novotel and ibis Styles properties as well as the gastronomic, retail, entertainment and cultural sites of this new urban hub.
The 320-room Pullman Hai Phong is then coming to fruition on Flamboyant Island in Do Son District in the northern coastal area of the country.
In this burgeoning tourism destination, the hotel will host guests in upscale facilities including three restaurants, two bars, a ballroom, meeting space, an entertainment centre, spa, amphitheatre and outdoor swimming pools.
