Hilton KAI Beach Resort
The Hilton Garden Inn brand is expanding its global footprint with the creation of 123 new hotels, altogether comprising 22,094 new rooms.
Asia Pacific is to see the greatest increase in Hilton Garden Inn properties, with China leading as the country with the most hotels by this brand on the horizon.
Hilton is embarking on a global expansion over the coming years with an impressive 47 hotels, housing 8,460 rooms in total, on track to opening in 2022.
These openings will be followed by 31 hotel debuts, with 5,384 rooms between them, in 2023. Nine hotels with 1,374 rooms are planned for 2024 completion and another 36 hotels with 6,876 rooms altogether are set to open in 2025 and beyond.
As many as 54 of the planned projects are located in Asia Pacific. North America will welcome 23 of the brand’s new hotels and Europe will welcome 18 properties.
The Middle East has 13 of the brand’s hotels opening over the coming years, South America has 10 forthcoming brand properties and Africa has five of these properties on the horizon.
China is the nation set to see the most Hilton Garden Inn arrivals with 43 hotels, and 8,345 rooms, planned for debut. The USA will see 20 openings, with 3,075 rooms, by the brand and Poland will welcome six of the brand’s hotels with 800 rooms between them.
Highlights among these many openings include the 2024-opening Hilton Ain Al Sokhna in Egypt and the also 2024-opening Hilton Garden Inn Sydney Kingswood in Australia.
The 200-key new-build Hilton Ain Al Sokhna will place guests within the 147,000-sq-m Kai Sokhna resort on Zafarana Road, close to a main road network connecting to all parts of Greater Cairo, in the historic port city of Ain Sokhna.
The hotel will comprise six restaurants and bars offering an array of dining options, along with an outdoor pool, fitness centre and luxury spa. The overall resort area benefits from an exclusive beach. The accommodation will span rooms, suites and villas.
The 140-key Hilton Garden Inn Sydney Kingswood will then provide a new place to stay within one of Sydney’s largest health precincts, Nepean Health Hub, which is undergoing an AU$1 billion (US$735 million) redevelopment.
By being based here, guests will be just 16km from the new Western Sydney International Airport at Badgerys Creek, which is expected to accept its first arrivals in 2026, and have easy access to Western Sydney University, Penrith’s key attractions and the Blue Mountains.
Amenities at this hotel are to include a full-service restaurant and bar, a fitness room, rooftop bar, 24-hour grab-and-go store and meeting space.
